Tokiwa Seiko Co., Ltd. offers jig grinding services using a CNC jig grinding machine (Mitsui Seiki 300G) and two other general-purpose machines. We accommodate "hole processing" such as high-precision pitches, blind holes, and taps, "eccentric shaft processing" for crankshafts (S45C, FC280, SCM435), and "contour shape processing" for square, cam shapes, and key grooves.
